![]() The Kinchafoonee Cowboys began in December, 1991 in a pecan orchard in Terrell County, GA. The band's name comes from the Kinchafoonee Creek - a tributary of the Flint River that flows through Lee County and Albany. The Cowboys are still favorites around the state of Georgia and play all types of venues from small clubs to large outdoor festivals. The group has shared billing with entertainers such as Alabama, John Anderson, Trisha Yearwood, Diamond Rio, Tracy Lawrence, Martina McBride, Widespread Panic, Blues Traveler, Dave Matthews Band, Jason Aldean, Hank Williams Jr, and many others. It will be a fun evening that you don't want to miss.

- What do the different ticketing prices mean? CBA offers an Early Bird, Regular, and Onsite registration for our Bank members and our Associate Members. You will see what level you quality for based on your membership with CBA. We also offer opportunities for a spouse or adult guest as well as children options.
- What does my registration include? Your full registration fee includes all educational programming, breakfast (3x), morning breaks in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday and Friday, Thursday night Advocacy event, Friday afternoon Ultimate Beach Party, and Saturday night's Chairman's Dinner.
- Are early bird discounts available? For our Bank members, save $100 by registering before April 6.
- If I need to change my registration, who do I contact? Please reach out to Ellen Shea at ellen@cbaofga.com to change your registration.
- Can I register and buy a ticket at the event? We do allow onsite registrations. Onsite registration fees increase on May 19. For members, this is an increase of $200 above the early bird price. For our Associate Members this fee increases by $500.
- I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method? Absolutely! Not only does CBA accept credit cards but we also accept ACH as well. When you are checking out from the registration page, you can pay via ACH and add your information to our secured website.
- Where can I review my registration information? You can review your registration information via your member portal on our website. There you can generate a copy of the invoice, pay your invoice online, add spouse registration tickets, etc. If you have not set up your member profile, this is a great opportunity to set up your profile to make sure you are getting all of your CBA benefits.
- Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending? CBA does have a cancellation policy.
In the event, you choose to cancel a program registration, the following cancellation polices will apply:- CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Employee substitutions are welcome.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the program start date will receive a 100% credit/refund.
- Cancellations received 15 days prior to the program start date will receive a 50% credit/refund.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the program start date will receive no credit/refund, however, attendee substitutions are welcomed.
- Pre-Paid Packages & Early Bird Special Pricing:
Banks who choose pre-paid packages & early bird special pricing, will understand the following:- Prepayment is required by the designated deadline.
- No Program substitutions or cancellations. Employee substitutions are welcome.
- Banks are responsible for registering for each program benefit.
- CANCELLATION POLICIES
- I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me? CBA abides by the ADA laws that are in effect. Please contact Ellen Shea at ellen@cbaofga.com and we will take care of your needs.
- Is there preferred accommodation I can book? The CBA group block is sold out at this time. We do have a waiting list established under the Hotel and Travel tab. We encourage attendees to add their name to the waiting list so as rooms become available we can add you into the block. We have an overflow hotel set up as well. Please find that booking link here.
- Does CBA offer CEU credits for the convention? Yes, CBA will supply CEUs. At this time, the convention education will earn 8.5 hours of credits. You may obtain your credits using the member portal. After review and convention attendance is confirmed (36 hours after the event), you may log into our secure website to download the CEU documentation using the member portal.
- Is there a dress code for the event? CONNECT is a Business Casual environment throughout the entire event. We do encourage a light jacket or sweater for the meeting rooms. We sometimes provide themed events and do encourage dress up but not mandatory.
- If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund? Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond CBA’s control, we will keep all registered attendees abreast of any potential cancellations. Should the convention be cancelled prior to the event, CBA will refund monies in full.
- Is there wifi at the event? Yes, attendees will have wifi in the conference meeting areas as well as in their sleeping rooms.
- I am interested in speaking at CONNECT? The 2024 Convention schedule has been set. If you are interested in speaking at future events, please complete this form to submit a proposal for a speaking engagement.

Dear 2024 CBA Exhibitors,
Thank you for exhibiting with us at CBA’s 56th Annual Convention & Mini-Trade Show, June 5-9, 2024 at The Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island, FL. The convention committee has numerous opportunities for our partner firms to engage with the banker attendees which include: Exhibits are located inside and just outside the General Session Ballroom. Your booth will be open both Thursday and Friday. Breakfast on Thursday and Friday offers time for conversations with bankers. Extended breaks on Thursday and Friday with time dedicated for bankers to visit with exhibitors. Prize drawings for bankers that visit with the most exhibitors. Other networking opportunities include Thursday night advocacy fundraiser, Friday afternoon beach party, Saturday night Chairman’s Reception & Banquet.
- If for any reason you are unable to set up at that time, we will open the hall at 6:45 a.m. on Thursday morning. No booth set up will be permitted after 7:45 a.m.
- Each booth will include one six-foot skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket.
- The exhibit hall will also include WiFi.
- The facility is carpeted.
- Phone lines, electricity, and other items you may need can be coordinated through the hotel. Form below.
- IMPORTANT: Please remember these are Table Top exhibits - everything must fit within the 6' table area - either behind your table or on top of your table. There is NOT room to accommodate 8' displays.

- CBA has assigned exhibitor locations based on feedback from exhibitors, spacing out potential competitors as possible.

TRAFFIC BUILDING:
- Bankers will have the opportunity to connect with exhibitors Thursday and Friday during breakfast and exhibit networking breaks.
- Each banker will receive a type of Bingo card to take to each booth and are encouraged to visit all exhibitors during breakfasts and extended breaks on Thursday and Friday.
- We will have stickers for each exhibitor for you to use when a banker comes to your booth.

Bankers who visit 20 or more exhibitors by Friday are eligible to enter to win an Ooni Outdoor Portable Pizza Oven ($500 Value). See more information below on item.
INDIVIDUAL BOOTH PRIZES:
- First, your generosity does not go unnoticed!!! We are amazed each year at the variety and quality of the prizes from our exhibitors!! Thank you!!!

THINGS TO KNOW:
- MAXIMIZING YOUR TIME AT THE CONVENTION: A pre-convention exhibitor meeting covering the details will be held May 16th at 10:00 am. CBA President & CEO John McNair provided tips on how to connect with bankers while at convention and afterwards.
- SILENT AUCTION: In addition to your booth prizes, many of our exhibitors have been gracious enough to donate to CBA’s Silent Auction which will be held Thursday evening. Please complete the form if you plan on donating.

SHIPPING & BREAKDOWN:
- Packages for meetings should not be delivered to the resort more than three (3) days prior to the date of the event. Please bring tracking info with you to help expedite any missing shipments during exhibitor set up.
- Items shipped to the resort for the Mini-Trade Show will be delivered to your booth on Wednesday afternoon. The breakdown of booths will begin at 12:15 on Friday. Tearing down during the General Session on Friday is prohibited. The Trade show ends on Friday; no booths to be left up on Saturday.
- If you are shipping anything out after the show, please contact the hotel directly for assistance. Hotel staff will be available for shipments.
