CBA Rate:

• starting at $229.00 per room / per night plus applicable taxes (11% and $5.00 Georgia hotel fee).  Hotel Rates are as follows: $229 / Island View; $249 / Partial Ocean View; $269 / Ocean View; $289 Ocean Front. Group rates will be available October 15-18. Hotel will also honor the rate at a 3 day prior and 3 days post conference that is subject to availability at the time of the reservation. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by the above methods.

The destination fee includes: the Hotel will add a Resort Services Fee of $30.00 plus tax per night.  The Resort Services Fee includes the following guest services, which shall be extended to all Organization guests at no further charge: Two hours of bike rentals (4 hours) per day, per room; Two beach chairs and one umbrella (4 hours) per day, per room; Beach and Pool Towel Service; Island shuttle service; Self-Parking at the Westin during stay and events, and WiFI access in guestrooms.

Cutoff date:
We encourage you to book your room prior to Friday, September 20, 2024. After September 20, rooms will be released, and CBA cannot guarantee the group rate or availability after that date.

Check-In and Check-Out Time:
Check-In at the hotel is 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
 

Reservation Cancellations:
All rooms are subjected to Westin Jekyll Island hotel cancellation policy. An early departure or no-show fee of one night room rate and tax will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date and / or is a no show for their reservation.
