Professional Bio
Since joining the Community Bankers Association (CBA) of Georgia in 2020, Becky has played a pivotal role in shaping the association’s professional development programs. Serving as the driving force behind CBA's educational initiatives, she designs and manages dynamic programs that address both the current and future needs of members, ensuring the organization remains a trusted resource for community bankers across Georgia.
Becky’s responsibilities include maintaining the Professional Development budget, hiring and fostering relationships with expert speakers, and overseeing the development and delivery of program content and materials. Her commitment to providing valuable learning experiences ensures that CBA’s programs consistently offer cutting-edge insights and actionable strategies for members.
In addition to her work on professional development, Becky serves as the primary staff liaison for the Education and LEAD Committees, collaborating with members to create initiatives that advance leadership development and education within the community banking industry. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have made her an integral part of CBA’s efforts to foster member engagement and growth.
Beyond education, Becky actively supports CBA’s advocacy initiatives. She serves as a backup for the Advocacy Committee and attends the ICBA Capital Summit to support our bankers.
