For the past 30 years, John T. Brantley’s work with individuals, leaders, and organizations has been built on the answer to one question: How do we help people transition from one stage of personal and professional growth to the next? This is the ultimate skill as we move into a different era of work and life.
Growth is hard – but it is the most important work anyone will ever do. Most thought leaders tell you what to do; John takes a different approach. Instead of giving someone the ‘answers’, he helps ask the right questions and walks with them down their own path of self-discovery.
Through his work as co-founder of BAM Adventures, John T. used this same learning experience to create events for military families around the world. Since 2006, John T. and his family have led more than 150 events in the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia.
John has transformed and inspired hundreds of leaders, organizations, and individuals as they discovered the path to high performance and continued success. In the early years, John designed team, performance management, and leadership systems to improve individual and organizational growth.
As society and the workplace have changed, John T. began designing something new: a leadership model to build and support the workforce we need in 2020 and beyond.
For the past nine years, John T. has served as President and CEO of Auxin360, Inc. and currently serves as the President of the National Speakers Association, Georgia Chapter.
