Lindsay leads the membership development efforts at CBA, focusing on fostering relationships with existing partners and sponsors while pursuing new opportunities to support the association’s mission. Since joining CBA in 2010, Lindsay has played a key role in driving revenue growth and member engagement through her approach to marketing and relationship management.
Lindsay develops comprehensive marketing packages that align with CBA’s strategic objectives, ensuring the value to both the the association. She manages profit and loss statements for these revenue streams, financial performance while identifying opportunities for growth. As part of her responsibilities, Lindsay actively solicits new members and nurtures strong relationships with existing bank and associate members, serving as a trusted resource and advocate for the banking community.
Collaboration is central to Lindsay’s role, as she works with the Professional Development Manager to evaluate and integrate into CBA’s educational offerings. Lindsay also negotiates vendor discounts for member banks, providing tangible benefits that enhance the value of CBA membership.
Beyond her partner member engagement efforts, Lindsay conducts research and implements initiatives for the CBA Service Corporation, identifying innovative solutions that benefit the association’s members. Lindsey serves as a staff liaison for the Innovation, Membership, and Member Services Committees, contributing to the development and execution of partner programs that support the association’s growth and sustainability.
