Marisa Reynolds

Marisa ReynoldsMarisa is employed by Genesys Technology Group, Norcross, Georgia.  Marisa works primarily in the Core Services division at Genesys assisting banks and their teams with wise technology decisions and strategies. She has served on various boards and committees over the years including, but limited to GACHA, Payments First, National JHA CIF 20/20 Board of Directors and Focus Groups, JHA CIF 20/20 Gulf State Users Group Board, GBA Operations/Technology Committee, CBA Innovation Committee, ESP Technology Committee, Safe Systems Advisory Committee, and STGPB organization.  She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1989.  She is also a graduate of the GBA/UGA Georgia Banking School and the GBA Southern Operations and Technology School. Mrs. Reynolds obtained and held the AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) status from 1995 – 2000.  She has received additional training and certifications in the following areas: ACH, RTP, Treasury Services/Management, Bank Operations, Electronic Banking, Information Security, Vendor Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation/Roadmaps, Strategic/Project Planning, Personal/Professional Development, DR/Business Continuity, Network, AS 400/iSeries and System Administrator.  

 Marisa is married to Jody Reynolds and they have two daughters, Kristina and Madison and three Labrador Retrievers.  She resides in Bogart, Ga. She loves her Georgia Bulldogs, spending time with her family, reading, and going to the beach.  Marisa is passionate about making a positive impact while helping family, friends, team members and business partners achieve their personal and professional goals.
