PROGRAM SUMMARY
:

All Things Considered: The Human Elements of Technology Adoption Within Your Institution

A community bank and it's supporting infrastructure and technology involve a complex balance between a very broad universe of concerns. Technology, compliance, customer/user experience, service delivery, innovation support, leadership development, company culture, and people development. Through all this there is a need to also focus on the primary drivers of business value that most strongly impact overall performance and the long-term sustainability of the bank. An often under considered element of this is the culture, ecosystems, governance structure, and the human aspects of an organization in preparation for a change to this ecosystem. This cultural dynamic is critical to preparing boards, leadership teams, and teams for successful migration and adoption of evolving tech.

Genesys Technology Group and The Walton Group have partnered to provide cutting edge tools in assessment and a methodology to ensure that banks cultures and leadership structures are prepared to embrace change and gain the highest measure of value from technology adoption.
