CBA Rate:

• Starting at $279.00 per room / per night for single or double occupancy plus $30 resort fee and applicable taxes (12%).

The Resort fee includes: unlimited internet access in all guest rooms, on-property tram service, unlimited use of health and fitness center (located at Racquet Park), in-room coffee station, local and toll-free phone access, resort beach access, preferred Racquet Club and Golf Course reservation access, daily bottled water in room, access to more than 7 miles of bike and walking trails, access to parks and playgrounds throughout the resort, golf driving range privileges and one bucket of balls, 24/7 access to Gamers lounge, 10% off retail items at Amelia's Signature Shop and Golf Shop (discount cannot be combined with any other offer or discount) 

Cutoff date: We encourage you to book your room prior to 5:00 pm on July 11, 2025. After 5:00 pm on July 11, rooms will be released, and CBA cannot guarantee the group rate or availability after that date.

Check-In and Check-Out Time: Check-In at the hotel is 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

Reservation Cancellations: All rooms are subject to Omni Amelia Island Resort’s hotel cancellation policy. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will result in loss of deposit equal to one night's stay.  An early departure or no-show fee of one night room rate and tax will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date and / or is a no show for their reservation.
