INSTRUCTOR INFO:
With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Leah is known for her passion, energy, wit and ability to engage audiences and clients in BSA/AML, Lending, Deposits and Compliance Risk Management.  Throughout her career, banks, credit unions, FinTechs, and federal and state associations have engaged her for compliance advice and training at all levels: front line, compliance, audit, board and management, and state and federal examiners. Leah brings a common-sense approach to finding compliance solutions in plain-English. She also serves as a faculty member of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking where she teaches compliance essentials, advanced compliance and compliance for new board members.  She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from NIU College of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

CBA Rate:

• starting at $219.00 per room / per night plus applicable taxes (11% and $5.00 Georgia hotel fee).  

The destination fee includes: the Hotel will add a Resort Services Fee of $35.00 plus tax per night.  The Resort Services Fee includes the following guest services, which shall be extended to all Organization guests at no further charge: Wifi; Two hours of bike rentals per day, per room (4 hours daily); Two beach chairs and one umbrella (4 hours daily), per room; Beach and Pool Towel Service; Island shuttle service; Self-Parking at the Westin during stay and events.

Cutoff date:
We encourage you to book your room prior to Sunday, February 2, 2025. After February 2nd, rooms will be released, and CBA cannot guarantee the group rate or availability after that date.

Check-In and Check-Out Time:
Check-In at the hotel is 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

Reservation Cancellations:
All rooms are subjected to Westin Jekyll Island hotel cancellation policy. An early departure or no-show fee of one night room rate and tax will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date and / or is a no show for their reservation.
