Her designations and certifications include: Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager; Certified AML Fraud Professional; Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer; Certified BSA/AML Professional. Shannon is a graduate from Auburn University at Montgomery in Montgomery, AL.
