“Winning Across Generations: Strategies to Attract & Engage Customers in a Competitive Financial Landscape" - Janine Ciranni, Vericast
The financial services industry is unique. Highly emotional, high purchase decisions that consumers don’t make often, but when they do financial institutions have a tremendous opportunity to capture new customers and grow long-term relationships. Competition is as fierce as ever – banks are not only competing with one another and credit unions, but now we have Fintech firms to compete with. Financial Institutions need to lead with forward-thinking strategies to attract new customers across generations.
We’ll discuss the research Vericast conducts to understand what attracts different generations to a financial institution. Knowing the types of banking offers that resonate with each age group and aligning them with an institution’s established brand is a cornerstone for developing impactful marketing campaigns. We’ll also examine how receptive different generations are to various marketing approaches, emphasizing the importance of a strategic omnichannel approach.
“Elevating Your Canva Skills: Tools, Features, and Strategies for Success” - Kevin Swinson, Canva

We’ll also clarify the distinctions between Canva products to help you leverage the most suitable solutions for your needs.
