CBA's LEAD Division
The Leadership Division (LD) of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia (CBA) focuses on fostering the development of future leaders in the financial industry, enhancing relationships between the CBA and its member banks. LD participation offers personal and professional growth through networking, educational programs, political activism, and community service. Each member bank's CEO is encouraged to appoint a Leadership Division Representative (LDR), a prestigious role for valued employees. LDRs actively contribute to the community and the banking industry's future, with opportunities to join the LEAD Board based on their involvement and passion for community banking. Membership in the LD is free for all CBA member banks.
CBA’s LEAD Board (Leadership, Education, Advocacy, Development Board)
