C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy)

While H.B. 1413 Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resilience Act by Rep. Trey Rhodes (R), Greensboro did not crossover during this session, proponents of this legislation are looking for ways to move this legislation during this session. CBA and the other trade groups representing financial institutions have been in multiple discussions with several proponents of the bill to discuss this topic and to explore questions about how the program works.
