Description:

Direct and manage the execution of Vendor Management for Queensborough National Bank. Deliver capabilities to the business lines from vendors fully leveraging the Queensborough relationship. Provide leadership, governance, risk management, and relationship management across Queensborough ensuring effective delivery of vendor services, appropriate processing controls, compliance with SLA’s, and contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and on-going execution of a vendor management program that provides business units with consistent service delivery from their vendor partners.  This includes governance, risk management, SLA management, and relationship management.
• Create and deliver requests for proposals from potential vendors for new business opportunities. 
• Lead routine business reviews with strategic vendors.
• Create and continually develop the Sourcing function to ensure effective use of vendors.
• Build and strengthen an effective partnership and relationship between business units and vendor partner(s).
• Develop procedures to ensure vendor partners comply with Information Security, Compliance, and Legal requirements as well as systems access, training, and data privacy rules/requirements.
• Provide business partners with appropriate metrics and management information that assures them of effective vendor service delivery.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, improve overall asset base, and drive savings.
• Focus on providing Queensborough with the best resources and ensuring those resources deliver at a high level.
