First Town Hall Talk Set for August 6th in Gainesville

Advocacy Update, CBA Today eNewsletter,

Town Hall Talks are a multi-location Grassroots alternative to a Day at the Dome for you to meet your legislators in person.  These banker only events offer attendees the opportunity to engage with legislators in a Q&A session and hear their perspectives on legislative issues that may impact community banks. The first Town Hall Talk will be held at Peach State Bank & Trust in Gainesville on August 6th. Other locations will include Perry and Valdosta with details coming soon.  Again this year, CBA is partnering with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).

Attendees will be presented with CBA & NFIB updates, programs, insights on the upcoming legislative session, and most importantly, meet & greet legislators. In addition, this will be a great opportunity to network with other CBA & NFIB members and affiliates. Bankers, we encourage you to invite any small business clients to join and attend these Town Halls with you. Thanks to our sponsors:  Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, ICBA, IntraFi, and James Bates Brannan Groover.
