ICBA Foundation Provides Disaster Relief for Hurricane-Affected Communities

The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) Foundation Disaster Relief Program collected and disbursed $180,000 to assist community banks and their employees in five states, including Georgia, who were affected by hurricanes Helene and Milton.

“CBA of Georgia is extremely grateful to ICBA for raising money to support impacted communities in Georgia. Numerous communities around the state were hard hit by the hurricanes but never waivered in their commitment to helping their customers and community,” said John McNair, CBA President & CEO.

The ICBA Foundation donated to the following organizations on behalf of Georgia community banks.

• Remarkable Foundation – Oconee State Bank
• The Coffee County Food Bank – First National Bank of Coffee County
• Golden Harvest Food Bank – Queensborough National Bank & Trust Company
