Innovation and technology are driving the future of community banking. To help your bank remain efficient, profitable, and competitive, this new program provides the tools and knowledge to guide bankers on how to effectively innovate and collaborate with bank technology companies. From selection through implementation, this two-and-a-half-day workshop participants will learn from ICBA bank innovation leaders, community bankers and bank technology founders.

ICBA has led the way in helping community banks adopt new technologies to stay efficient, competitive, and profitable. Now in our seventh year of award-winning innovation programs, we’re offering a two-and-a-half-day Innovation Academy at our Innovation Center in Atlanta. This hands-on program will equip bankers with the tools and strategies to innovate and collaborate effectively with technology partners.
