Bruce Turner has retired as President and CEO of the Farmers State Bank, Lincolnton. He is succeeded by Maria Bradford.

Touchmark Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Touchmark National Bank, Alpharetta, announced that Bobby Krimmel has been appointed as its president, CEO and as director of Touchmark National Bank. Krimmel succeeds Dr. J.J. Shah, who is retiring from Touchmark National Bank after seven years of service. Dr. Shah will remain on Touchmark’s boards as Chairman.
