Southeastern Bank, Darien, recently celebrated the bank’s 135^th anniversary with cake, cookies and plans to celebrate throughout the coming year.  The bank was founded in 1888 and opened the doors in January 1889.

Several team members at Georgia Banking Company, Atlanta, pooled their Pay It Forward funds together to support Hero Dog Rescue. This organization is dedicated to saving abandoned, abused and neglected dogs from high kill shelters.

Exchange Bank, Milledgeville, extended a helping hand to 11 families enrolled in the Ocmulgee Family Dependency Treatment Court's (FDTC) program by donating Kroger gift cards to support the families.

Century Bank & Trust, Milledgeville, recently helped serve a hot meal for the hungry in their community through Cafe Central's ministry.

Team members at River City Bank, Rome, enjoyed ringing the bell support the mission of The Salvation Army.

Planters First Bank, Hawkinsville, made a generous donation to the Pulaski County Senior Center recently. The donation was made possible through funds collected from the 2023 Breast Cancer Change for Hope Challenge, as well as donations from Hawkinsville employees.

First Chatham Bank, Savannah,  recently concluded its annual toy drive for their friends at Union Mission. Through generous donors, the bank was able to provide toys and monetary donations to benefit the homeless and at-risk population in Savannah and surrounding areas.
